Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Elizabeth O & Co. reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if the customer wants to request a refund for an item that was sized wrong?

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size at the fault of the customer. Please understand each of these items are custom made and cannot be switched out. They were each crafted just for you. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

 

Shipping

Each product is custom made, so please take into account our fulfillment/production timeframe before shipping. Overall shipping is estimated at 7-20 days. All items within each order are shipped and packaged separately.
